That is where eLink comes in. To start the process moving, eLink personnel conduct an initial 20-point checklist that evaluates a client's current technology and compares it to where the company needs to be. "Our goal is to partner with our customer to evaluate what technology they have, the problems with the current system and how to solve the problems in a way that suits the needs," explains Mr. Powers. "We have a high level of expertise in the field with engineers that are experienced problem solvers."
Once the areas of growth are acknowledged and evaluated, eLink offers solutions in a variety of services to assist the company. Services include network design and development, on-site and remote support, IT support, custom application development, training and database integration, web design and hosting, satellite internet, streaming audio and video, hardware and software sales support, and many other creative services.
Keeping up with the network side of things often feels like one continuous migraine headache for small businesses without the technical know-how to take care of things In-house.
eLink maintains networks and takes care of security issues for companies without the capabilities. If a company's network goes off line at two in the morning, eLink personnel are scrubbing sleep out of their eyes and fixing the problem. "We understand our clients' needs. We respond quickly and at anytime to get them back online." says Mr. Powers.
